For the most part when a girl wears guys clothes she is still trying to look and be a girl. When a guy wears women's clothes, he wears a wig, boobs, etc. and is trying to look like a woman. Society believes that it is healthy for boys to want to be boys and for girls to want to be girls.
Men have another problem with wearing women's clothes. The complusive cross-dresser feels a NEED to wear women's clothes. When he does so, his brain releases a series of powerful neurotransmitters that produces a sensation of well-being, self-gratification, pleasure, and self-actualization. Its a "high" similar to other addictions. In fact its behavior mirrors that of other addictions. He can't stop. He thinks about all the time. If he gives in to his desires, then he creates an ultra-feminine alter-ego. He gives "her" a name and eventually falls in love with his alter-ego. It builds and he continues to achieve a better high. Altogether a behavior that is not regarded as healthy.

Cause it's weird. Guys clothes are different. We can wear guys shirts and jeans and it doesn't look bad, but I don't think a guy in a dress would look good, or any other women's clothes.
