#1. It's probation. #2, I would quit drinking and spitting. Usually if you are a good boy, they will release you from probation early. It sounds to me like you've been in trouble before, or you would not have gotten 2 years probation for such a minor offense. Clean up your act and act like an adult.

Reject the probation and do the jail time. Then you will be done with it. A few years ago I was given 3 years probation for a "cigarette." Im not saying that I didn't deserve to be punished...I did... BUT, after hassaling with probation visits, fines and feeling like I wished I had just done the jail time, thats what I did. I went back to court., asked that probation be revoked (which, by the way was misdemanor! ) and that jail time be imposed, instead. The judge ( a different one than who had originally sentenced me) revoked the three years probation, and gave me 13 days in jail. Made much more sense to me!! Im so glad I did it. It's a roll of the dice, you take your chances at the amount of time you may get, but for me ...it was well worth it. It defintely worked. I learned a my lesson!! And quick too!! Im happy to say that since this incident my contact with law enforcement, although minimal, has been mutual.:)) Good luck to ya.

If it was subject to a plea bargain you can't unless you argue there was fraud on the part of the State or coercion (and there wasn't trust me). If it was subject to a sentence imposed after an adjudication of guilt then you can appeal the verdict/sentence. Otherwise, talk to your probation officer about things you can do - for example some jurisdiction will knock off time for good behavior over a period of time or charity work. Good luck!

If judgement is already handed down, the only thing you can do is talk with your probation officer. I'm not sure if they can actually shorten it, but they may make it easier on you, such as fewer visits after a while.

definite. she will acquire the Police rfile. this could immediately breach your probation Order . Is there a no eating clause on your order? A breach motives you to flow lower back to court docket to be resentenced on the 1st charge + sentenced on the breach. you would be clever to tell your PO your self in the previous............

Maybe you need to grow up and be glad that ALL you got was probation. You did the crime, now be an adult about it, and pay your debt to society.

YOU DIDN'T JUST GET IT. YOU EITHER PLEAD TO IT OR YOU WERE GIVEN IT BY BLOWING A TRIAL. EITHER WAY YOU'RE STUCK. ONCE YOU'RE SENTENCED THEIR IS NO WAY TO REDUCE THE TIME OF YOUR SENTENCE. THE ONLY WAY IS IF MISTAKES WERE MADE BY THE PROSECUTOR OR JUDGE. OR IF YOU APPEAL THE WHOLE THING. IF YOU COPED OUT TO THE CRIME THEN YOU HAVE VERY LITTLE CHANCE TO REDUCE THE TIME OR APPEAL THE CONVICTION. WHY DID YOU EXCEPT THE SENTENCE IF YOU THOUGHT IS WAS TO HARSH ?
I GUESS NEXT TIME YOU WILL DRINK AND SPIT IN YOUR OWN HOUSE.

do a lot of good deeds, to show that you have changed, and go to AA meetings, to show that you admit you have a problem with alchohol, even if you don't think you do
