The hard drive's only half full, I've cleared all the temporary files and cookies and Norton anti virus can't find any problems.

You may have spyware/adware on your computer just from surfing the internet. Download and run programs like Ad-aware, and CCleaner. You can search for them on download.com and they are completely free.

How much RAM do you have installed? You can check this by right-clicking on My Computer and choosing properties. If may take a few seconds or up to a minute for data to show. Look for the words RAM. The performance also depends on the speed and type of your processor. This information should be avaialble in the same place.

do a search for advanced windows care get and run it take your time with it and you'll be amazed on the results when your done
