If she knows the password to get into the computer then she can see anything you've done on there. If you want more privacy, make your own User ID Profile with a password she won't be able to guess. You can do that through your Control Panel.

If your sister knows what she is doing, you'll have to encrypt your data (with TruCrypt, for example). Windows password does not offer you any protection. But then again, she may have already installed a key logger...
