I consider an intelligent person to be someone who has good common sense and has good morals. I don't particularly find people that are book smart to be the most intelligent. It has been my experience that often book smart people lack common sense. Not all but a lot!

They are knowledable of a lot of things, the way they act, the more they read makes them more intelligent. Common sense and being book smart also plays a part.

i don't understand the question........no seriously it depends on what you are looking for i mean common sense is a must but that doesn't mean you are intelligent and funnily enough i know intelligent(academic) people who have no common sense....Ive found through my life that the most intelligent worldly knowledgeable people are always the humble ones who don't actually think they are intelligent. i don't think I'm intelligent(just being humble).

Combining actions and intelligence to do good things for themselves, their families, and those around them. Intelligence is being able to be honest, truthful, accurate, to the point, and not beating around the bush with semi-confidence when the person doesn't really know what they are talking about.
Intelligence is what you know...
Wisdom is knowing when to use what you know.....

knowing what you doing and having believing in your abilities while doing whatever it is. (be it practical, Physical or theory)
