Its an hour in a half from where we live, and he has been wanting this job for along time. Its very hard to get on with this company, he finally did it. So heres the problem, we only have one vehicle, and My daughter is in kindergartern, she goes to school from 1 p.m. to 3:30, how is this supposed to work, they dont have buses to pick her up from home, am i supposed to just go with him and take her with me and let her miss school, We didnt think it would come so quickly for us to move, we already have a home in the area, but one problem is we have renters in there, so should i evict them, because they already have pets in there, i said no pets allowed, and she lied to us about having other people living with her, is that one way to get her out, so we wont be staying in hotels? i really need some advice.

I think you should evict the renters. She lied on two things, the pets, and ppl living with her. Kick her out. I would. Did you want to move into the rental? or sale it? If you sale it buy a second vehicle. Another thing, does the school have an afterschool program, to where you could pick her up after your hubby gets home?

Well...there are some options. Call the schools in the area and transfer your daughter. If you are relocating, then transfers are typical. Also, as far as evicting your tenant, I don't think it will satisfy your current need for close housing in the time frame that you need. It takes a minimum of 30 days to get someone out...and it can take a LOT more. Also, if she complies with your rules (like gets rid of the pet and the people move out) then you may no longer have grounds for eviction. You will need to review the local housing regulations and laws in the community/state. The best course of action is to see if you can find housing in the new area that allow short-term leases. Take out a lease until your renters lease is up...that will keep the cash flow coming in from that front. I assume you will either sell/rent the place you are in now, so that will help cover the expenses involved in getting short-term accommodations.

The bottom line is to decide if moving is the right decision for the family...if the answer is yes, then you can find a way to make it work. Good luck in the move.

One immediate problem is that you have people living in that house and you really do need to get them out. I don't know how long it will take you to get them evicted. It depends on what the laws are in your area.

I can think of one solution for your problem about your daughter. I would really give some consideration to buying a second hand vehicle rather than disrupt her school. However, I am also realistic enough to understand that this may not be feasible.

You know say what kind of a time frame you're talking about, but I have the sense that it may be somewhat urgent. It may well be that you consider taking her out of school until you get things settled regarding the house.

Good luck!!

Send the renters notice that they have one month to move out. Tell them they are being evicted because of the no pets allowed rule and that there are other non authorized people living there not under the lease. Inspect the place carefully, clean it up, if there is deposit money left send it back. Is there someone that you could "hire" to come and take you and your daughter to and from school? Family? Friends?

I guess your daughter is in preschool. Withdraw her from her current preschool and put her in the one close to where the house is when the renters are gone (you could always check local laws, you may be able to evict them sooner.). You would be able to stay at the house and clean and get things ready while she is in school and your husband is at work.

You can't let your daughter miss school. I don't know where you live, but where I do, it's illegal. Look at the lease your tenants signed. You have to follow the guidlines in the lease for eviction. Some say you have to have warned them and given them so many days to correct the problem (just an example). If you have any extra money, get another car. It doesn't have to be fancy, just one that will safely get you from point A to B. A half hour commute is nothing. If you can afford it, get another car and he can commute. 30 miles is nothing.

Buy or lease another vehicle. It doesn't have to be new. or see if there is any car pooling with other people headed in the same direction. Does your hubby know anyone already at this new company that he could share rides with and maybe pay for a bit of the gas. You can make it work just try.

don't move. evict the tenants that have the pets. rules are no pets. invest in another vehicle. or, suggest to your husband about company vehicle so that you and daughter have transportation. too much hassle (and money) to move. your husband will just have to leave a little more early in the morning and be a little late in the evening. unless yall find a closer place to live closer to husband's new job. good luck.
