I am not sure but it is a good chance that it could have been released by Disney or a company owned by them. You can also check with someone from HBO. They must have rights to that movie because I only watched it on their channel in the late 80's. They did a lot of films for Disney as a comedy team. That movie in particular was hilarious! - LOL
Also there is a movie they made together where Tim Conway trains to be a boxer with Don Knotts as his boxing manager and coach - That's another funny one that was made probably by the same production company. Again shown a lot on HBO - hope this helps

I can not find the film company info anywhere though. There are a few copies on sale in ebay, maybe you can email one of the sellers to see if they can get that info off the box for you.
