how can I reinsert my dvd tray back into my dell pc..?

tray is intact..I tried reinserting and it only goes in partway

the dell dvd tray sometimes allow a dvd or cd to pop out and slide behind the tray jamming it up... shine a light in their to see if that's the case... you will need a tech to disassemble the drive for you.
