I answered my husbands phone the other day and the person hung up. I dailed back and a woman answered but when I asked who she was she again hung up. I've tried ringing back a few times since but get voicemail.

Ive just answered your question in marriage and divorce! Take a note of the number, put a new sim card in the mobile and call her or get a male friend to ring her...once he has said hello to her, he'll need to ask who it is in a shocked way as he realises he has the wrong number! If shes caught off guard then she might just slip up and say who she is...your husband might have had time to warn her that youve become suspicious, mayb they work together? He's probably told her he wont ring using that phone so thats why she knows it will be you!? Like i said...email me or IM me and give me the number-i'll try 4 you. I hate situations like this, it cost my 3 kids there Dad!!!

PhoneDetective is a caller ID application that covers landline numbers, cell phones, and business lines in the United States. Check here ( http://reversephones.info ) The way it works is simple: Step 1: Enter a phone number into the search box (you can begin a search here) Step 2: Preview your results (basic information about the number, such as city/state) Step 3: Pay to view full results (name and address of owner, if available). There are many reasons why you might want to conduct a reverse phone search: 1- Find out the source of a harassing ("prank") caller. 2- Research a number that appeared on your phone bill. 3- Locate an old friend from high school or college 4- Research "missed calls" on your caller ID that you don't recognize. 5- Verify an address. -6 And more... You can check here the best service: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538

It's cheap and gives you a great service!

I have been looking online for a reverse cell phone lookup service and came accross the reverse phone detective. I have tried to punch in a few cell numbers and they say they have information for some but not all numbers. If the number I type in comes up, they tell me where the phone is located, but only what state...
The free reverse telephone lookup doesn't works properly. To get interesting information, cash will must be paid. The free searches don't provide considerably more than what might be found through the telephone directory or personal information and they just need your email to send spam.
The service that I posted above is definitely the best service that I could find. You can have these kind of informations:

Want to know who is Calling

Need to find someone based on their Address

Find anyone by their Email address

Find by Name

and much more...

You ought to stay far from shady reverse telephone lookup destinations, undoubtedly you won't get any information after you make the installation. Remain faithful to a reputable reverse telephone lookup site like http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538 that has been on the market for a considerable measure of years. With their reverse cell phone lookup tool you can find out information behind any cell or land line number. Type in the persons cell phone number and you will be given access to their report, including name cell and land line numbers, and address.

It can be used also for a much deeper search. People wanting to get hold of all kinds of background reports, as well as cell phone numbers, addresses and names..

Trust it! It's a great service.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

Depends if they've registered the phone, I never register mine, so with the exception of gaining my location from the GPRS, people don't know my number or who I am.

You could always try using Google to trace their phone number, or look for a site that can trace the registration.

Get someone else to phone & have a cunning plan, something not over the top like a free holiday but cunning enough to get her details!

I don't know the answer - but watch out for women that like to try and break up marriages because they're jealous of your happiness

Technically, you could - But that could only be possible under very VERY special circumstances and with an accompanying court order. Which I doubt fits the situation you portray.
