This isn't infanticide?

Consider this on Scott Peterson:

Because some of us are intelligent enough to know the difference.
When you can take the place of a teenage girl that has made a mistake, and is faced with this choice yourself, then you might be able to understand the difference too.

Even if you believed someone is a murderer, you do not have the right to kill him. The only legal killing is up to the State.
To some abortion is infanticide, to others it is not. Naturally, when a fetus is fully formed it should be treated differently than at the very early stages.
Yep, I know that many say that as soon as a sperm cell contacts the ova that is the beginning of human life. Others will say that wasting sperm is murder, since that's human life, same with the ova.
How far can you carry this arguement ? Are all these kids masturbating guilty of murder because they're destroying human cells ?

A lot of people don't think of abortion in the first two trimesters as murder because to them, the body inside the pregnant person does not have a soul, is not a living organism, and has no rights until it is born. I'm not saying that is right, but that is their thoughts.

My personal beliefs on abortion is that it should not be done unless there are extenuating circumstances such as incest, rape, or the child is young (like 10 or 12).

But, murder is murder any which way you look at it.
