Unfortunately my Broadband is through Tiscali, so my broadband is through the 'poor mans' way of an RJ-11 cable and a USB modem. Is there anyway I can get my Wii online straight through that, or will I have to by something else?

Wii isn't even online yet, so you have some time to switch modem companies. DSL has gotten really cheap, so that might be an option if you didn't sign your soul away for a year at their service.

I advise you to change ISP, preferably to BT Total Broadband, which most companies advise in the UK for games consoles.

Also, try looking for a wireless router, (free with BT Options 2+), this will make going online a breeze.

I'm not sure if the official Buffalo Dongle for the DS will work for the Wii, but you can give it a try, failing that, Nintendo are releasing a USB-ethernet cable soon.

Alas to say though, it will not work via a USB-USB connection, and that the Wii does not have an RJ11 connection.
