I answered my husbands phone the other day and the person hung up. I dailed back and a woman answered but when I asked who she was she again hung up. I've tried ringing back a few times since but get voicemail.

I don't think you can do this for a cell phone. However if they were threatening calls the police could get involved and get the info from the phone company but in your case this won't happen. You need to confront your husband.

First of all, I wouldn't jump to conclusion because it might be a woman who is stalking him. . Second, if your husband is saying that he has to work late, I would try to follow him, and see what he's up to. As for trying to see what the person's name is, it would cost you something, but you can find the name from their mobile phone number. Here are a few references:

I hope this helps.

Technically, you could - But that could only be possible under very VERY special circumstances and with an accompanying court order. Which I doubt fits the situation you portray.

I dont think if you call the phone service operator they will let you know of someone's particular because its private and confidential.

oh ... wait, i think you can ask for your detailed incoming calls. my mother did asked for the info before. and she got it. but at that time, the person was calling from a 'phone cafe' (it's a place where people can use phones and pay for it) so she ,of course, couldnt find the name of the person calling.

but in your case, if the woman was calling from a house phone number, i think you should be able to find out her name and the address. so if you dont get her name, you could just go to find her house and spy...

cheers.

I have "Caller ID" so I always know who's calling before I answer... try ringing the number from HIS mobile and see what happens!!!

In UK if you dial 141 before you dial anything else your number is withheld; so you could try being a "Selly-phone" company and that she "Only needs to give you her name so you can check if she's already won a [insert prize suggestion]..."

You better ask your husband.. Go to Yellowpages.com and you can type in the phone number and it will igve you a name and address of the person to it. If you know what type of phone company she/he has go to that site and type in the number.

Hmm...you should ask your husband...forget about trying to figure out who she is. More importantly, figure out why the hell your husband is screwing around on you and figure out what to do about it.
