Keep them in the sun or in a dried place, wait till the pooh has dried. Then scrap it with a stick , a screwdriver o something like that. If any is left use an old toothbrush. But do this always without water, you can stain the upper part of your shoes with the dirty water...

Let it dry, bang them against concrete outside, spray them with a water hose, THEN put them in the washer.

hose them down outside and spray them with formula 409 and smack them on the sidewalk. that should do the trick!
