got a virus and i dont know who to contact to fix it or what to do, my computer cant log in into websites like myspace or youtube, yahoo, my comcast acount I messed up and i think i deleted some file from my antivirus that was infected , so does anybody know how or where i can fix it?

REFORMAT, I keep all my files on a USB HD,,even mapped the my documents folder to X:\files\mke
where x is my letter on USB HD!
This ensures u dont lose yur documents when u need 2 reformat, just dont save on the desktop..
