To be honest I don't know, if you type 'history swatter' into your search engine and go from there, that should do the trick, for some reason its free.
After getting a load of 'pop up' notices about my search history and advise on how to 'get rid' I decided I didn't care, there is nothing illegal at least not in the UK about watching porn, millions watch it and it would be very rare to 'surf' into a net site that was showing under age stuff, if you ever did come across that just don't enter!
As for as the actual history on your hard drive I really don't have a clue if it an be completely deleted or not, but the main thing is, there is nothing wrong with watching porn, not many people haven't.

if they are just doing a basic search on your computer, you can make the file hidden in its' properties and then go to folder properties(under tools in any folder)....then click view.. then select do not show hidden files...
if you want to delete completely from your computer so a recovery program can't access it, there are a few freeware shredder programs....
