No, it just means that the natural "flora" (healthy bacteria that everyone has) is off balance, making her more prone to yeast infections. This can be caused by a poor immune system, using irritating hygiene products (such as certain soaps or bubble baths), taking antibiotics (which kills "good" bacteria, too, women who have chronic sinus infections, for instance, and take antibiotics all the time, are prone to frequent yeast infections) and "douching" can cause them, as well. Children and virgins can get yeast infections, too, as well as nuns. It has nothing to do with the number of sex partners or the frequency of intercourse. Eating yogurt helps reestablish "balance," and she should maybe switch to a milder soap.

This is a big issue, and no it does not mean she has had a LOT of sex partners.
Google Yeast Infection causes and you can read it so I don't have to write a small book for you.
Antibiotics will cause it, by killing off healthy bacteria. It can be reinfected easily from under ware or our sex partners if they might have it.
Heat of the crotch area causes a rapid growth of the yeast infections. Candida albicans.

No.
But it could mean that you have a chronic yeast infection (candida albicans) in the intestines. I've noticed that not all doctors know how to diagnose or treat this. It can have serious effects if left untreated for a very long time.
I believe there are some new approaches to treating this, but I am not familiar with them.

No, no always. Some young females can develop yeast infections. Because the area is usually moist, it is open to yeast infections, Yeast infections love a moist area. The most common yeast infection is called candida and can also get on the tongue. A lot of babies get this on their tongue.

No, it means she has a lot of yeast. Many things can trigger yeast infections: not wearing cotton panties, new soap, stress, hormone changes, wearing pants that are too tight in the crotch....

No. It could be because she eats a lot of sugar. Or maybe it's aggrevated by the soap she uses. But no, it's not an indication of the number of sexual partners she's had.

It could be caused by alot of things such as, the soap she uses, the type of detergent in her clothes, wearing tight clothing, dryness, not taking a shower for a while. There are so many ways to get one.

No, maybe she needs to go to the doctors and find out what is causing her to keep getting them sometimes it is meds and sometimes it can be the soap you wash with or just the color of the rag and lastly it could be if she is changing her laundry detergent
