All the people that said Hillary.... are you nuts, do you only listen to what the media tells you, she is a dyed in the wool socialist (communist). She believes in abortion on demand, that means if you are 8 months and 2 weeks and decide you don't want the baby you can go and kill it at an abortion clinic. She believes in socialized medicine which means that it doesn't matter how much you have paid into your insurance company you will get the same kind of treatment no matter where you go or who you see. She and "Slick Willy" are behind several unsolved murders in the banking industry in Little Rock, Arkansas. Grow up people, don't believe everything the liberal news media throws in your face... be really informed, do the research, find out the truth before you chose someone to run our country male or female.

The main issue for me this election is the war in Iraq. I am supporting the candidate who wants to get our troops out and that is Ron Paul. We went into the country under false pretense, have found no WMD's, or any ties with the Taliban. The United States is not a nation that wages unjust wars to invade and occupy other countries. Paul also strikes me as being very sincere with his concern for America and has a voting record to back it up. For over 20 years, he has stayed consistent with his message and has always stuck to his guns. I think that honesty and conviction are two things that have been sorely lacking from politics over the last few decades and would like to see a President I can trust and respect. I also like his concepts of fiscal and personal responsibility. As far as the other candidates go, here's what I think of them: McCain: War monger and fear hustler Romney: Flip flopping corporate slime who wants to buy the election Huckabee: Actually, not a bad guy except for his stance on Iraq and gay marriages Clinton: Career politician trying to buy the election with hollow promises about universal health care and won't give straight answers about Iraq Obama: Sounded real good at first, but the more I hear him, the less I like him. He just doesn't have a plan to enact the "change" he's always talking about, plus he also wants to stay in Iraq. I would also encourage you to research all the candidates on your own. Make up your own mind on the issues and don't let the media pundits or the people here on Yahoo tell you what to think.

I was a big fan of Elizabeth Dole in the 2000 primaries, but her campaign ran out of money. Hillary cannot win an election because she doesn't appeal to the moderate voters who could go democrat or republican. Personally, I think we need to bring Eleanor Roosevelt back from the dead because she did a great job the first time she ran the country, but since that's not possible, I really like Madeleine Albright.

At this point, there is no one with good positives and a lack of negatives.

Clinton has the best chance to be nominated but her high negatives (see Scooter Girl's comment) make it unlikely that she could win a national election.

Rice could swing some of the Democrat's "socialist (communist)" (to quote Scooter Girl) voters but she would lose some of the Republican's "fascist (nazi)" (to paraphrase Scooter Girl) voters and, more importantly, workers.

Some who were once rising stars are now too far out of the public eye. This would include Albright and Whitman (Christine Todd for those of you who have forgotten her already).

Feinstein was mentioned but she will have to work at making a national name for herself. "Senator" works for a man but, by itself, it will not work for a woman running for President.

The most legitimate possibility currently on the radar would be Pelosi and that will depend on how she comes off as Speaker.

I think the VIABLE candidates are Hillary "Bulldog" Clinton, Dr. Condi Rice, and Senator Dianne Feinstein... I can't think of a SINGLE other female who could pull of a run.

I'd love to see Hillary run... she'd bring the Republicans out to vote.

Dr. Rice WON'T run... nor will Senator Feinstein.
