Those could be signs. They aren't the biggest signs of pregnancy though. Check this page out for more info.

Your cramps would not be isolated to one side and it's a bit early to tell. I doubt you would really be having any symptoms if you were. Are you sure you are not ovulating now? Sometimes ovulating creates a pinching on one side. My best advice is that you have sex every other day in the days before and after you ovulate. Sperm can live in the vagina for several days and you can up your chances of getting pregnant. Also waiting one day allows him to build up sperm.

Go to the store and buy a test. Some test can detect the hormone like 5 to 7 days before your period. My first symptoms of pregnancy included me being very tired all the time and had sore nipples.

You would not have symptoms this early. The cramping could be a sign of ovulation. Yes you could be pregnant, but you will need to wait a little longer to know for sure. Good luck!

The symptoms are different for each women. What's the rush? Any plans to get married? Are you financially stable, did you finish school? Lol - sorry, but I guess I'm just traditional. I don't believe in having children before marriage. Back when I was growing up (and I am only 27), women finished school first, started their careers, got married, and then had children. Nowadays, women are in such a hurry to have children, drop out of school, struggle to make ends meet, and end up being a single parent. Oh well, that's just my two cents!

Those ARE signs of pregnancy, but the cramping, gassiness and increase in hunger usually don't start right way. I didn't get those symptoms until my second or third month.
Have you taken a HPT? I would, just in case you already are. You can still have your period in the early months of pregnancy. My sister did.
Good luck! and HTH

These could definately be signs of pregnancy. Also, they could be signs that it is almost time to have your period. I had all of those signs very early in my pregnancies especially being tired all of the time. Your best bet is to buy a test and find out for sure. Who knows, maybe you will be and you'll be able to wrap up the test and give it to your BF for xmas!
GOOD LUCK!
=)

i don't know about the pain in the side but being really tired is a symptom of early pregnancy. if i were you i would get a pregnancy test that can detect the pregnancy hormone before your missed period. go to your local drug store and ask the pharmasist what he recommends.

Those sound more like symptoms of PMS than early pregnancy. Symptoms of prgnancy usually don't show up this early.
