This may sound bad...but I think it's completely normal! You may be stressing out about something or may have an imbalance of hormones. Perhaps it could be a lack of sleep or just a plain old bad day/week/month. I think maybe a little down time and relaxation is all you need. For me, it always helps to remove myself from stressful situations when I get like that.

This is a stressful time of year for everyone. While we are running around buying things for others, we forget to do for ourselves.
It is so crucial to look after yourself. I am a big believer of 20 minutes of "Me-Time" every day. Whether it's going for a walk, talking a long bath, reading something interesting, or just sitting and staring out a window with a cup of tea.
If you find it's only certain times of the day that you're reacting this way take a look at diet habits...cut out caffeine, get more fruits and veggies in your diet.
And #1 big thing - ask for help!!! Get people to help you out in your day to day activities.

You are ovulating; this occurs 2 weeks before the first day of your period. Some women get symptoms similar to menstrual symptoms at this time. Do the same thing you would do for PMS.
Have you tried 100-200 mg of vitamin B6? But don't take it right before sleep, it will keep you awake.

I get like that sometimes too, and the best thing that I can do for myself is stay away! Stay away from people for a bit, take a run, watch tv, do whatever it takes to de-stress.
Maybe take yourself to the spa & get a manicure & pedicure, take some you time!
It will pass, as long as you are aware of it, & want to change it, you will be be fine!!!
Good Luck!

Well, if it's not PMS, you might want to talk to your doctor. All kinds of things from hormone imbalance to thyroid trouble to anxiety can cause irritability.
Deep breathing and counting to ten are old standbys that do help.

Usually when we're irritable, there is a reason. Have you been sleeping well? Have you been able to get as much exercise as usual? Has your diet changed? Any of these things - and lots of others - can affect your mood.
There's also the possibility that your irritability is justified. :-)

I'm not a doctor but you might want to try some progesterone cream to help level out your hormones, it works wonders.

Sounds like you need a psychiatrist to find out why you are angry all the time.
