Janet Jackson was better singer when she was younger, but Mary J. Bilge is on top right now, the queen of R & B and soul, her CD is awesome.

Mary has gotten better, and Janet I can barely hear sometimes because the beats are too loud, I don't know between the two, because Mary sounds awful live sometimes, and Janet is too busy dancing so I can never focus on wether she could sing soemtimes... both are legendary though. ..

Your typo is hilarious. That's what I've called MJ for years.
"Bilge" is the lowest part of a ship and it's also an old slang term for "nonsense" or "rubbish"...seems appropriate to me.
Neither one of these two is a "singer"...they screech.

janet has a soft, sweet, "michael jackson-esque" voice...... kind of weak. kinda like britney spears. what makes janet different from other singers is her ability to Dance, choreograph, have hit songs written for her, etc.
mary j blige can SING. she has a great voice. a lot of soul... :)
