I prefer Telecommunication but I am not sure about its future in work and industry and I want to begin best science for my bachlore' s degree.
If I can migrate to another country please say to me about best country and university that related to choosed field.

No one can tell you what is best for you but you. How you feel, what you think. Think about what you want and what you need and what makes you happy. You will be the best in your field if you work for it, have the drive and beleive in yourself. You have done the first step by beng picky about your education. Trust yourself.

go for computer science, it covers major IT disciplines as well but as far as telecommunication is concern job is difficult to acquire.
