Go to the gym, exercise (or should I say, exorcise) the stress demons out of you. It works! Take a hot shower or bath afterwards, read a good book, and spend time with friends. More than 40 hours doesn't make much difference, more than 60 hours takes a small toll, 80 hours is excruciating, and 100 hours is just plain suicidal.

A hot bath, then relax nude on the couch with a glass of wine and a movie with the lights off.
USA, over 60 hours.
