Well it depends on what you are concidering is not cute. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I have seen woman that are cute but then you start talking to them and their personality makes them very ugly.
If you are looking for a Physical change, try getting your hair cutt and Colored. Then go by yourself a few cute outfits! If you are not sure what would be cute, try taking a look at what the manican is wearing and then try that on. As for the hir, if you are not sure what would work on you then just go to a stylist and explaine to them that you want a cute new do, and then put your faith in them, hold on and enjoy the ride.
It really is nice every once in a while to go and get the hair re-styled and by some new outfits. You will end up feeling like a million dollors. Just remeber not to do this toooo often otherwise in end this will end up costing you a million dollors and then you will no longer feel like a million dollors!!
Good luck & enjoy your special you time!!

Be who you are unless you don't have a sense of humor. Cute, in the physical sense is like beauty it is only skin deep. If you have a good personality then people already think you're cute. But not everyone will and you can't do any thing to make people like you no matter how cute you might be.

Dress like you want to feel. So don't be a slob because you feel like a slob. Take a shower, style your hair, put on "feeling good" clothes and do something interesting, like go to a museum or an art show or wine tasting or hiking. Look in magazines for the "how to at home" sections and actually try it. Good luck.

confidence. you don't have to be cocky or stuck up, but if you walk into a room thinking that everyone is looking at you, they probably will. and don't act confident, be confident. you can always tell when someone is acting. be yourself, be comfortable and most of all be confident. if you think you own the room everyone else will too.
good luck sweetie.
