I sit on my back patio, look out at the water & drink a glass of wine. If I've had a really bad day, I will follow that up with a soak in a bubble bath with a 2nd glass of wine.

Oh, I work 40 hours a week..

First of all, I'm from Scotland and work 40 hours or more per week. When I get home I like to burn incense (only nag champa will do) light some candles and put on some music. I really like Indian folk music to chill out to. I then cuddle up to my husband and we'll chat for hours about everything and nothing.

A hot bath, then relax nude on the couch with a glass of wine and a movie with the lights off.
USA, over 60 hours.
Getting extra points for answering the same question over and over is pretty relaxing too.

Um...1. I will take a hot bath or shower and let the steam and heat loosen my muscles. I lay on the couch and mindlessly watch tv. I do anything to release the tension in my back/neck/shoulders or allow my brain a break by doing something mindless.
