They have improved but they do not have the depth to beat the Spurs or Mavs in the playoffs.

Its definately a possibility. If they can stay healthy, and the bench can keep performing the way they do, then I say they can beat anyone. They have the most complete team in the NBA. Lets just hope Lamar can get healthy ASAP.
