Only 2 ounces in a month is not good, not good at all. Your baby was small to begin with (was he premature?), and was on the low end of the weight curve, but now after a month, should have gained at least a pound in the first month, preferably more. Since you're feeding him enfamil, I assume you've already been working with your pediatrician. Go back, it's not working, either your feeding technique has a problem, the baby is sick, or he's not tolerating the food. Your child needs to gain weight very quickly. The lack of weight gain is bordering on dangerous.
Do not take any advice that anyone gives you here except to go back to your pediatrician quickly. It is very important you do this very soon.
Edit: I dont' know where some of these people are getting their information, but babies should NOT be losing significant amounts of weight at all. In the first month of life, a baby who weighed 6.5 pounds at birth should weigh around 8 pounds to stay at the same growth curve that they were at when they were born (which is the 40th percentile). As of now, your baby has moved from the 40th percentile in weight to around the 10th percentile in weight. Anyone who is giving you advice other than to seek out your pediatrician is giving you very dangerous, uninformed advice.

Ignore my first answer. I did some checking online and your baby should probably have gained about a pound or more by now. You need to call your doctor. DONT put rice in the bottle unless the doc tells you to, this could cause early food allergies. There are some things to consider, is your baby spitting up a lot? He could have reflux and if hes not keeping the food down then that will cause less weight gain. You may need to switch formulas. Talk to the doctor right away. You are feeding the baby enough. He should be gaining more.
I think you should switch formulas. Maybe if he is spitting up a lot he might be having problems with that formula. I use Nestle Good Start Supreme with DHA and ARA. Its gentle on the belly

If he's still acting like he's hungry after his feeds, let him eat more. There's no set amount they can eat, if he's hungry let him have some more. Also if you're really concerned you can try putting a little cereal in his bottle, that will help him get more calories. You might want to talk to your doctor. He should have gained more than 2oz. in a month.

breast milk is the best. maybe he'll have to start eating every 2 hours or eating more every 3 hours. when i was born i weighed 6lb. 4oz. and dropped to 5lb. 12oz. the doctor told my mom that i slept too much and needed to be woke up in order to eat. after she did that i gained weight like crazy. so does your son sleep through some feedings? if so wake him up to eat.

That's normal for a baby that old to be eating! Every baby grows differently and as long as he is peeing and pooping and eating and your doctor says that he is doing okay....Then Dont worry!
My daughter was 7lbs 13oz at birth and at 6 months now she only weight roughly around 14-15lbs...She is a small petite baby who is growing at her own rate. As long as your baby doubles his birth weight by 6 months I strongly encourage you that you have NOTHING to worry about! He is just going to be smaller like my daughter and there is nothing wrong with that because growth spurts come way too often

Babies tend to lose weight after they are born so check w/ your doctor to find out if you should be concerned.
You could always try to feed your baby more.

I was told by my doc to feed my baby whenever she was hungry. do not put him on a schedule he will he whenever he is hungry not when it is time on your schedule. you might want to talk to his doctor and ask her/him is it normal. Is the baby keeping the milk down if not you might have to change his milk.
