Being interested in Astronomy, I am always looking up.
I love how different constellations appear throughout the different seasons. I tried to see the meteor shower last night at it's peak, but only saw 2 of them. There is too much light pollution in my neighborhood to really observe correctly.
But no, I can't keep my eyes away from the ever changing sky. I love to watch the planets like Jupiter and Saturn march around different constellations from night to night and even year to year.

no I can not .if I am outside I look up every few minutes
beats me why, but i do
when I was 6 I used to lay on the porch for hours and watch the clouds and make all kinds of stuff out of them
