They will be fine. Earth has been going through cooling and warming cycles for eons. At some point the earth will start to cool down and any species that survive the evolutionary process will go on to live to see another warming cycle.

You mean with global warming possibly melting all of the ice? I suppose that we will need bigger refrigerated zoos to keep them.
