not anymore. used to feel that way, but one has to delete or trash the stuff that aren't useful to oneself, or else it will fester inside. Which causes this "depressed" feelings. I discuss things with myself before anyone else. Then expel these bad vibes and turn your attention towards stuff that'll be new to your overall experience. It's the NEW stuff that gets you out of the rut.

Yes. It's called clinical depression. It's an imbalance in your serotonin levels. It is not your fault. And no, there isn't always a reason for it. It just is the way it is; because of the chemical imbalance. You cannot "force" yourself to just feel better. And please, don't turn to alcohol. See a doctor. He or she will prescribe an anti-depressant which balances your serotonin levels. You will be amazed at how much better you can feel. I know.

I feel depressed for no reason at times. I tend to focus on the pointlessness of feeling that way. When you realize you are feeling that way for nothing, you can more easily do something about it.

Sometimes, usually a stupid reason like getting caught in the rain when i've just straightened my hair. But i go and buy shoes that cheers me up. Hence the reason i have no floor space in my room. lol
