I my coworker and I have won a trip from our company (Farmers Ins) to a couple of days at the Mariott County Club Plaza. The night that we arrive there they will be having happy hour then serving us dinner. Other agents and Farmers emp. will be there. I recieved a memo today saying that the dress code for this is occasion is Christmas Casual. What is that? What do I wear? What am I not allowed to wear? I'm 24..so I'm not really all into the whole suit thing...real answers please...thanks to all who repsond! :)

Beware the RED sweater/top... everyone else will be wearing it. Go with the black pants, high boots are cool... maroon tops are in. long earings. hot.
(Yes, I'm a guy, not gay, not metro... my wife asks me what to wear/buy.)

Wear something festive and err on the formal side (though a suit is definitely not necessary!) Wear a flattering red, green or white sweater (i.e. a turtleneck, v-neck or sweater-set) with nice black pants or a knee-length skirt and heels/knee-high boots.
Since it's being hosted at a country club, most of the other people will likely be older and more conservative than you, so I wouldn't wear jeans or anything overtly revealing.

What they mean is Business Casual but a little more festive.
Good rule of thumb: if you won't wear it to work, don't wear it to the work party.
You don't have to wear a suit, but probably something like a sparkly top paired with slacks/skirt that you normally wear to work.

Well I would go with a nice skirt black, short enough to sit in, and a nice red holiday sweater. I would then go for some black stockings and nice black heels 3" to 4". Then since your female go with a cute little Santa hat to seal the outfit.

You can wear a cheesy Christmas sweater if you wish...
