No. Are PEOPLE intimidated by a few the deliquent gang bangers? Sure.
I don't personally know any white people who are always oppressing black people. Your comment indicting an entire race is "racist".

No not at all, but I attended a public school that was 60% black. I don't see whites oppressing blacks either. Many blacks are caught in the medocrity of poverty. This is why you see gangs, poor grammer, and low statistics concerning many blacks. I think most white people are not intimidated by blacks and a large portion of these whites probably feel sorry for blacks or dislike them for various reasons.

I would not use the word intimidated. I don't think ALL white people are intimidated of black people. It depends on their personal experience of black people of the black community. In some cases people do not understand a culture completely different to their own. Therefore decide to segregate themselves or oppress.
However for hundreds of years and even in the modern world today there are many people from different ethnic groups that are intimidated by white people and other ethnic groups in general or the ones that they come across.
