Hopefully they'll answer a lot of these on their own.

What does being a head lifeguard entail? Are there other head lifegards? Are you going to be handling scheduling? Hiring/firing? Pay increases?

What happens if a scheduled lifeguard fails to show up? Are you always on call whenever the pool is open? Would this include time for private parties?

1. They will most likely always want to know about previous relevant experience. 2. Put your emphasis on how well you take care of restaurant guests. Remember that at the end of the day, the manager's job is to insure that the guest is well taken care of. If you can make them trust you will do that, you're a shoe in. Good luck!!

save the questions for after they offer you the job

too many questions might keep them from wanting to hire you

very basic questions would be okay like: "When will you be making your decision" "When does this position start" "What are the hours of the facility"
