like it wont work on music websites... like purevolume or on myspace or other sites!

The main reason would be codecs. If you are viewing the files in IE, then you should have a latest version of windows media player with updated codecs. Go to microsoft.com to download the appropriate player or codecs for your system.
You may also be viewing files with other codecs other than the ones available with WMP. For this, download a player that has all the codecs in the SW e.g. kazaalite codec player or VLC.
Download these and you should have no problem.

What sites is it not working on? Are you sure these sites have sound on them. Check your sound setting in control panel and make an adjusments you need to.

you need to download a web media player like the free realplayer, java and what ever programs that are use for web browsing

Java and Java Script enabled or ActiveX Running, prolly one of them, install latest Flash. reboot.
