I would think the wooden bat would hurt worse because the wooden bats aren't hollow like metal bats and wouldn't "give" as much.

I think that the metal bat would hurt more. Wooden bats break which means that the distribution of force can go beyond the limits of the material being used.

depends where you hit them and how hard, but as the metal bar is heavier it might not hurt as much cos you can get a good swing , so with a wooden bat you could get a pretty decent swing and faster, so with a direct hit i would say a wooden bat.

They would be the same but the metal bat would make a nice sound when it hits. That would be just as rewarding as any pain

equally. what it depends on is....who's swingin' that bat. either way...they're both gonna hurt. I have a 25 " 17 oz. teeball bat. It's used as an equalizer. If someone ....like a man decides hitting me might be a good idea...he ends up on the wrong side of my bat ! I prefer it over a wooden bat....wood breaks ..this one just leaves small dings. lol

They would most likely hurt the same... after ONE hit. But the wooden bat would wear faster. However, with the wooden bat you have an extra liklihood of splinters... and that would erally hurt!

Most likely metal

Either is absolutely deadly, and you can't hurt more than dead.

Also, your question says, "with the same force"... With the same force, it's the same hurt.

metal - it won't give as much as wood. Both would hurt a lot!
