I love them all, but my money is on Alec Baldwin. He is simply masterful in this role. I have never been a fan until this show. I am going to have to go back and look at all his other work I passed over.

Great character, well played. I like how he makes "management" look almost "Jedi" that the low-life writers will never understand.
I also like the dialog between "Tracy Jordan" and "Liz Lemon". Crazy funny.

Alec Baldwin is masterful but I think they are all good and that's what makes the show so good.

I agree. I think he makes that show. The rest of the people are so television. He seems a step above.
