Why do pizza companies always seem to have a red colour scheme?

I learned in my marketing class that the color red is the most effective in attracting the human eye, also something about the color triggers hunger.

because red is the most visible colour and attracts attention readily...for example if a woman wants to attract attention she will wear a red dress and this is also the reason why the stop light on traffic lights are red, as it is the most visible and can be seen more clearly froma distance.
i suppose the fact that one of teh key ingredients for pizza (tomato) is red may also be a factor

red is one of the most outstandinng colour that brain could remember .this is why the pizza companies have used the red colour technique

But there are at least 2 chains here that don't do that.

Little Caesars is orange

Maybe because the main ingredent is the sauce.
what's wrong with the color red is my favorite color I like it because it's a bold color.
