I think that John Cena is the most exciting wrestling since The Rock. Even though some fans boo him, he is still the most popular wrestler. Besides people booed The Rock when he was Rocky Mavia in 1997 even though he was a face(good guy). He then became heel(bad guy) and his popularity rose, he then went on to become arguably the biggest star in wrestling history. I think the same will happen for John Cena

Ofcourse you are 100% correct. Believe me some people might hate him now, but that will all change as the time passes, just like the Rock, Cena's mic ability is one of the best WWE has ever seen, look at the free styles he used to put on, Cena CAN wrestle, if he couldn't OVW wouldn't have signed him to a development contract. Cenas problem will be the lack of a proper rivalry. I mean would the Rock have been what he was in wrestling without Stone Cold? what has Cena had? Oh the rated R super prat Edge. I do agree Cena is one of the top superstars at the moment.

Fact Stone cold Steve Austin was the biggest star his merchandise sale's is still a record today,
Fact the WWE now is not a wrestling company, it is now a Entertainment company and it sucks, the wwe is pushing the true wrestling fans away because of the like's of john cena because he has no wrestling talent, John cena is not a wrestler he is a joke, as for you comparing him and the rock please dont make me laugh the rock could wrestle and he could also entertain fans on the mic, john cena CAN entertain fans on the mic but his wrestling skills are terrible, all his match's are the same( he starts off aggressive with a few kicks and Punch's then he gets a beat down for 10 minute's then he does 2 move's and wins the match every single match its pure crap) I shale not be watching wwe for as long as john cena is the champ wwe have much better WRESTLERS i.e chris beniot, shilton benjimen, paul london, to name but a few these guys are left on the mid card match's because the like's of john cena its a joke, TNA is much better as far as wrestling goes

They are trying to duplicate the Rock but wont happen anytime soon. Cena though is probably the most exciting now but will never reach the hype the Rock had. Also, the Rock was never the biggest star ever, that title belongs to none other then Hulk Hogan. Btw, i will just about bet my life says that after The Rock recovers 100% from his most recent injury to his achilles from what i heard, he may just make a return to the WWE. In fact, he is still under contract with them. If you doubt me, case in point, Hogan, He still is making his appearances.

Cena will be the next Rock as far as films go.His film the Marine has done well & i think he's biding his time to break into Hollywood just like stone cold & Rock did.
Personally sarah i don't think he's the most exciting wrestler - that goes to HHH - and he's not that popular either. My friend in Denver says he gets booed practically every venue he plays in the US.

he is no where close to being the rock. You can't compare the two. I promise you will see that Cena wont last with the wwe crowd much longer. Oh you don't think so?! two words: Brock Lesnar. He was a fast , too fast, rising star. He beat everyone thrown at him and he was the champ. Now look at him. Its true what they say, "Anything can happen here in the wwe." Things can even happen to Cena!

WWE is trying to duplicate Cena to be the Rock but i dont think it is working out.
Cena is NOT really to be blame for it. He got told what to do by Vince.
Cena is charismatic but not as much as Rock
Acting- (I know dumb A** hater are going to say his movie flop therefore he cant act) He actually can act. Hell , on the mic is half acting.
