You can buy plain black ties, from primark for only £1 each, and you could search for a white rose on yahoo images, then print it out and laminate it, and get some double sided sticky tape to stick onto the back of the laminated image,to make it into a badge, then stick it on the tie.

You can also buy the ties - purchase a rose rubber stamp (there are usually many styles available at craft stores).. and white material ink in opaque(also at craft stores) and stamp each tie.

cant find one some people offer screen printing on ties so this may be of help also the yorkshire rose is white so this may be of use too

buy the black ties, then get some embroidered white roses from somewhere like Hobbycraft or a sowing shop, then attach the white roses yourself...voila!
