* First measure tightly around the torso, directly underneath the breasts. This is the frame size or underband.
* To calculate the band size, add 5" if the frame size is an odd number, or 4" if it is even (bras are available in band sizes separated by two inches, and are all labeled by an even number)
* Next measure around the chest including the fullest part of the breasts, while standing straight with arms to the side. This is the bust size or overbust.
* The cup size is then the difference between the bust size and the band size, converted into a letter using the following table:
Bust size minus band size (inches) Cup size
0" to 0.5" AA
0.5" to 1" A
1" to 2" B
2" to 3" C
3" to 4" D
4"... etc.

It all depends. . . say your bigger around then most likely you need a smaller cup size but if your smaller around then you need a larger cup size. it's weird to explain!
My sis is a 32C and well it's hard to find that size so she has to go down to a 34B if she cant find something that fits right.
About 60% of women wear the wrong size!
So I would just go get her measured at a professional place like JcPenny's or Macey's or Victoria Secret.

For this I use the formula known as the property of a bewb.
A bewb that fits neatly in your hand is scarsely a bewb at all.
to determin the bewbness and therefore determin bra size place your mits upon them if some overflow then you are looknig at at least a 'c' next wrap your arms around her. If your hands cant reach eachother then that cow is at least a 42 'c' if you can reach your elbows it is 34 if you can reach your scapluae them you are dating Lindsay and she can afford her own fuggin bra, righ?
