TV programme for me would have to be The Darling Buds of May, it is a gentle nostalgic programme which makes me feel good every time i watch it, i love Ma,Pop, and the family and also loved Angela Snow.

Film would have to be same, a Christmas Carol, but the Muppet's version cause i love Rizzo the rat especially when he kisses gonzo on the nose.

I'd have to say, "The Road to Avonlea." At least I think that's what it was called. It was set in Anne of Green Gables' Avonlea around the turn of the century I believe. It aired on CBC when I was growing up and definitely was heartwarming television.

Sadly quiz shows, even though it's not me winning anything it's how happy the contestants are, it just makes me smile.

Jamie Olivers school dinners also, as he was really trying to help a lot of people!

And of course the Simpsons coz laughter makes me feel good and i split my sides whenever i see The Simpsons.

Good question... :D

Comedies on Channel 4, if your in the US then any comedy. I like my name is earl and 8 out of ten cats. I like things when theyre not scripted, theyre funnier that way. so random and spontaneous. they always get me giggling.
