You can't verify the exact guy's age thro his penis length. In fact the penis length depends from the stage of his sexual development and as long it has to become. In the case his penis has to reach the max size of 7 in. at 16 he could already have a penis 7 in. long (development in the end) or littler in the case the development still isn't ended. Generally at 16 the development of the sexual organs is almost ended!

The size of a man's penis has NO correlation to his age!! There is no such thing as a correct size for a 16 year old as opposed to a 20 year old. Penises come in all sizes for all ages. DUH!!

You have got to be BSing with this...at least I hope so.
Age and penis length are not related after the completion of puberty. Otherwise, the guys with the longest dongs would all be 85+ years old.

There is no size chart that says at 16 your wang is xxx inches long and at 20 it xxx inches.
