I'm experiencing difficult times getting over a break up and handling the emotions of being betrayed by this "lover" and this has caused me stress which leaded to a bad smoking habbit... i've been smoking when im nervious or sad and it worries me because now im trying to stop... i have been smoking cigarettes for the past 2 wkswhat can i do??? now i always feel a need 2 smoke???
