I change my oil and checked my coolant last night and the coolant bottle was filled half way. So I filled up the bottle , now its overheating. Can you please help me? Thank you and Happy Holidays!

the coolant bottle has lines on it, keep it between them, the radiator should be all the way full when cold!
bleed air from the bleeder plug or highest point line on the engine :)

The coolant bottle doesn't need to be full when it's cold. The radiatior blows hot water into the bottle when the engine is hot and sucks it back out when it cools down. Overfilling the bottle wouldn't have hurt anything though. There's no way you could have caused your engine to overheat that way. Low oil can cause overheating, so check that. And take the radiator cap off when the engine is "COLD" and make sure ithe coolant is OK.

i do no longer think of you're meant to fill that all and sundry the way up. it could have an entire mark some million/2 way. positioned the fluid point returned the place it became. so a ways as bleeding air off, i think of your vehicle has a bleeder screw next to the fill cap. yet I doubt it is your situation. The fluid does not have sufficient room to amplify while that is warm.
