whats a good party for New Years? i need suggestions!

on new years eve.. around midnight.. just for friends no EXTRA hookups or looking for hook ups.. just to have a good time without geting so wasted you forget the whole last year

How about a New Year's Eve party? That's special enough on it's own. Built in theme and expectations. You dress up nice, wear party hats, have noise makers, and drink champagne and have great food.

have a dinner party with good food, dancing with good music, visiting with family and friends, watching the ball go down in New York. being with someone you love to ring in the New Year of 2007 and hoping it will be a better year than 2006.

have a black and white party.. where everyone HAS TO wear black or white, no exceptions... its always fun to see what people do and have everyone bring something to eat and buy disposable cameras for people to take pictures with!
