You need to take a medicine which stops you vomiting. I think they are available over the counter, speak to a pharmacist for advice. They are called anti emetics...;

If you have anything else along with the pain, like nausea (other than the stomach bug, obviously.) or if lights or sounds bother you, or you see spots in front of your eyes, you might want to see a doctor, because that might be a migraine, and they have some great medicines for those now.

Other than that, Excedrin and an ice pack are your best bets.

Feel better soon!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

This always worked for my Migraines.

Take a hand towel and dampen it. Put it in the microwave, folded for 40 seconds. Then gently place it on your face and the back of your neck.
Repeat as needed. The heat always relaxed the blood veins and stopped the throbbing.

This was always very helpful to my Hormone Migraines. I hope it works for you.

Good Luck.

If you can, try to drink a lot fluids. That headache is one of the signs of dehydration, considering you had the stomach flu.
