The Summer Bay beach is North Palm Beach. You often see gawking tourists hanging around the surf club. Beach is not so good - it often has a killer shore break. One of the houses is in Delecta Ave, Clareville (a nearby suburb) but it is a private house.

I assume you mean from the TV series Home and Away. Summer Bay is actually Palm Beach, the most northern beach in the Sydney metropolitan district. It's also one of the wealthiest suburbs in Sydney.
