Mick Jagger...
Simply because of the fact that Axl would not show up for the fight.... he would be in his dressing room, snorting coke & eating tons of hostess baked goods. If he did show up, Mick would still kick his freakin' asss because Mick is in amazing shape for an old man & Axl looks more like Oprah these days...
