Your IP address is a unique number which shows in which country your server exists.Your user name is any name whatsoever you choose to identify yourself from others and you can have many of them .Your password shares the same description which I already gave to your user name.User names and passwords can be used only after registration in the relevant domains { websites, log- in formats.. etc }which accepted them.
