have gotten an email about an onlin lottery winning i never signed up for, some automated thing. and this guy named Stanley O'Brien claims he is a lottery claims agent and is asking me for personal information, nothing to serious though to get my prize; but when i ask for company or lottery information he just asks for my info, so if anyone knows anythng about this please let me know

Scam! They just want your info to steal your identity. Don't give 'em anything. As you said you never signed up for this lottery. So how could you have possibly won?
International lotteries are illegal in the U.S. And you never have to pay to claim your prize.

It's a scam, all the way!
