"Would you believe that I have seen a [moneyed] submarine?"
I think it's supposed to be 'gelblich', not 'geldische'.
In which case it says 'Would you believe that I have seen a yellowish submarine?'
It might be from the Beatles' 'Yellow Submarine' movie, which I have not seen. It's more a rhetorical question, and it's missing some words that would indicate that the asker expects a yes or no answer - and if they meant yellowish, they got the wrong word.
